The fall or winter visit focuses on heating and safety, including a heat exchanger check and electrical testing.
Many of our technicians hold National Comfort Institute certifications in combustion safety and carbon monoxide safety, which matters on every gas furnace we inspect.

If you’d rather not join, one-time maintenance is $162 for one system, $291 for two, and $420 for three, without the member discounts or repair warranty. For ductless mini splits, a single-port unit is $80 for one visit per year or $142 for two visits per year. Multi-port mini splits on the Comfort Club are $142 for the first indoor and outdoor pair plus $90 for each additional port, and a single visit is $90 for the first system plus $53 for each additional port.
